Put a claim in on my bed claim number claim number SL1 929-**** now that issue has been resolved because the bed was faulty had 3 in of sag purchased it brand new from you didn't know that I had to include the box spring so did so and I'm being told it's going to take another 2 to 4 days now I am a professional truck driver so as you know I'm not got a lot of time I would like to have my bed sent pictures of the box spring don't have a code number for that claim my phone numbers 515-290-**** my name is Michael Devan I pick Slumberland because of quality and customer service but that was 5 years ago I understand some things take time but I know these items are in stock and I would like to have my bed replaced ASAP I did stop in the Ankeny location yesterday and found a mattress I wasn't allowed much for my old mattress for it was only around 500 but discontinued I thought that the warranty meant if you couldn't get the exact same that you had they would put you up one or two grades better apparently that not the case I'm a little frustrated and pissed to be frank with you don't mean to be vulgar but I feel that my money spends just as good as anyone else's and I've shopped your store for the last 14 years my wife loved it but she is now past I thought that I would receive service a lot faster than what I have I'm hoping someone there with the authority to help me and make me happy I cover the whole country and I do get up into Canada occasionally I know lots of people and everytime I get something from the store I'm always being positive and upbeat about how great the service was and the quality of the item that I purchased I don't want to change that please don't let me down I would like to get a response ASAP thank you Michael Devan

I hope that I can trust that this issue will be taken care of ASAP and I will not want to have to wait any longer it is obvious that the bed both pieces are malfunctioned which goes back to the manufacturer I just want to be able to have a good night sleep and I believe that service and the customer is the most important thing in any business even in the business that I'm in my customers are the most important thing otherwise I wouldn't be in business and wouldn't have a job and sometimes you go that extra mile well all the time for good customer and if need be you bump them up a couple nauseous to keep them happy because that brings them back in later to purchase more items and generally they purchase more items that are in a higher bracket just saying hope that I get this solved and I'm sure that I will I know the right person will see this and make sure that my expectations and maybe even be surprised that I get more and value than I thought I would thank you for taking the time and thank you I hope for valuing me as a customer I'll be talking to my friends and my customers about how my experience went thank you and have a good day
