Grand island and Kearney have the worst owner. She is so rude to customers when you go in either store. I will never buy from them again nor will any of my friends and family. I will make sure of it. Worst experience ever.

I bought a mattress and it is broken after owning less than a year. Slumberland expects me to pay $35 for an employee to come to my home and take photos. I sent photos following their specifications and they keep finding excuses to nit accept them. Customer Service is rude. I will never buy from them again.

All seams on the chair the dye is all coming off to an ugly white colored leather underneath. Barely any use to the chair. I contacted Slumberland and they said normal wear and tear and no warranty. I ordered the loveseat and recliner on September 5th, 2016, and was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks. I called back the end of September and was told the 1st week of October. I called back today, the 7th of October and was told the 1st of November. I am very disappointed and angry that these items keep getting pushed back. Will I ever get my furniture or do I have to cancel.They have been paid. The more i inquire the more I get excuses and delays.... Read more

Here is what I learned. Myself and my wife bought over 12k in furniture paid it all up front. They didn't deliver on the scheduled time and when we paid can you believe even with a Cashiers Check from the bank they said there would be a ten day hold and furniture would not be delivered until it cleared. I went looking for a good mattress after having major back surgery. I had told the salesman that I had did a test on line at Simmons.com and I needed a plush mattress. I was hoping he would be able to explain the differences in mattresses but did not explain anything!!! he was not very knowledgeable at all. Worst experience ever! Three people lied about the warranty and what it covers. If I had known it didn't cover scratches I would have never have purchased the furniture! They even agreed they informed me wrongly. It was a nightmare from the beginning after a guy tied the furniture to my trailer and it moved on my 2 mile drive home and they accused me of damaging it. The St Paul, MN store sold me a bed frame with bed bugs in it and is refusing to take care of the problem. $3000 + out of pocket plus not sleeping and busting *** for 3 weeks dealing with the problem. Plus the cost of the bed. Everyone should know that these items sold as "floor models" can be returned items as well and the couple of hundred dollars you save on the purchase is not worth the potential spend. of course the company is telling... I bought a bed from slumberland along with three thousand dollars worth of livingroom furniture. I had the sealy mattress for one day, and decided it was the worst bed I had ever slept on. When two people sleep on it the middle falls in. You end up rolling into each other all night. I looked up the warranty on the internet and it said I had 120 days to decide. BED BUGS Slumberland Furniture Clearance stores sell customer returned items. i know this because I did call them and verified it. I now have bed bugs from a wood bed frame i purchased from them.
