I went looking for a good mattress after having major back surgery. I had told the salesman that I had did a test on line at Simmons.com and I needed a plush mattress. I was hoping he would be able to explain the differences in mattresses but did not explain anything!!! he was not very knowledgeable at all. Worst experience ever! Three people lied about the warranty and what it covers. If I had known it didn't cover scratches I would have never have purchased the furniture! They even agreed they informed me wrongly. It was a nightmare from the beginning after a guy tied the furniture to my trailer and it moved on my 2 mile drive home and they accused me of damaging it. The St Paul, MN store sold me a bed frame with bed bugs in it and is refusing to take care of the problem. $3000 + out of pocket plus not sleeping and busting *** for 3 weeks dealing with the problem. Plus the cost of the bed. Everyone should know that these items sold as "floor models" can be returned items as well and the couple of hundred dollars you save on the purchase is not worth the potential spend. of course the company is telling... I bought a bed from slumberland along with three thousand dollars worth of livingroom furniture. I had the sealy mattress for one day, and decided it was the worst bed I had ever slept on. BED BUGS Slumberland Furniture Clearance stores sell customer returned items. i know this because I did call them and verified it. I now have bed bugs from a wood bed frame i purchased from them. I will never shop at a Slumberland Store again! The sales tactics they have are incredible and as long as they have their money they then no longer care about you as a customer. I can not even get a refund, it has to be store credit. I have no desire to ever step foot in their place of business again and they refuse to refund me my money even though they have their mattress back. I bought a mattress. for my son which was not firm enough for him. We called Slumberland in Sioux Falls, SD and asked to exchange it . They would not let us exchange it! What a way to treat your customers! I will never purchase any of my furniture at Slumberland again . Worst customer service ever!!!!

I moved to a new townhome and needed two leather chairs for my great room. I saw a special advertised so I purchased two what I thought were leather recliners. After just 6 months the head rest area on both chairs began to tear. I called customer service and they sent out an inspector who took pictures and said they would get in touch with me. I bought a bedroom set from Slumberland. The dresser and headboard were damaged when I opened the boxes I called Slumberland the next day, but, this was after their 5 day inspection period that the salesman forgot to inform us about.
