Ordered dresser. Drawers were not strsight. Paid for item prior to the month it took to get it in. Ssid it eould take 7-10 dayd to get credit back when they have already had my money for a month. Did not redolve the issue. Poor quality furniture. Do not buy from them. Not friendly and they do not stand behind their furniture! Add comment

Purchased a power reclining loveseat Sept 2014. Got a call from Franklin to unplug due to the possibility of fire. They are still looking into it.Called Slumberland in St. Cloud MN where I purchased it. Warranty purchased not happy with service.Warranty company not flexible with scheduling to repair item. Already having same problem that they came out to fix. My puppie has almost swallowed the screws several times. Add comment

We recently purchased an expensive couch from Slumberland furniture. Less than 5 months later we were told that the automatic recliners on it had started 2 fires that they know of so far and needed to be disconnected. My wife was shopping at the store in July and was told by the sales manager that if she did not buy today she would never get the same price ever again.It should have been a sign to stay away. They have nice furniture, our price started at $11,000 and dropped to $4600.Their high pressure sales tactics are dishonest and lack integrity. I bought a leather couch in 8/13 and the ARM is peeling.I CALLED THEM N THEY TOLD ME I would have to pay to have it fixed. This is bull I also bought the 5 year protection contract. the mark up is around 250% dont lie if your looking for a straight deal don't go to slumber-land they don't back or stand by their items being sold. i had their tech which works for pro solutions another shady business employed by them to service their chairs , came to my house after 7 sittings in the chair , he told me it was a sixty dollar chair and proceeded to point out every-flaw he was... Im glad to see that the store I shop at in Springfield Missouri doesn't have issues. Ive been in there several times and have had a gentleman named Patrick Alf and a lady named Kim help me and they have been nothing bust simply amazing and most importantly helpful.
