I ordered furniture through slumberland 3 weeks ago, it was supposed to be delivered today... they called today and it wont be in until next Saturday! I want my money back, but they keep on telling me that all sales are final, the last time that I checked, sales are only final when I have my furniture, and since it is still sitting in south Dakota, I should be able to get a full refund right now.... I started getting bitten by bed bugs shortly after purchasing a Slumberland mattress. The problem is that they deliver new mattresses and pick up your old one in the same truck. So your new mattress might be delivered with an old infected mattress that was picked up from another customer. Especially if it's on clearance. If you get the wrong product on a mattress and box spring. Please right down the dimensions asap as I did. But mark my words, it will not be the one you ordered. They are just trying to get rid of their unsold product and basically you are stuck with what you get. I ordered an item for my wife for our anniversary under my name and phone number for a suprise. Somehow the store ended up calling my wife repeatedly when the item came in and ruined the suprise. They spent more time worrying about getting a few dollars of commission insted of listening to what i needed and what i was buying the item for. Very disappointed Add comment

I just returned a chair today because I have been bitten several times by bed bugs living in the chair. They are refunding my money and I am going to pursue them in court. Purchased sofa and the extended warranty. Got it home and upon inspection found that the back was broke and defective. Sent email and never got a response. I called and they refused to resolve the issue and told me it wasn’t covered by warranty and that it was my fault. Worst customer service I have ever had.
